| This was produced to serve as one of the marketing tools for the Centre. The first edition of the handbook was produced and delivered in mid-August. Copies were distributed to the Commonwealth Secretariat, Commonwealth Business Council as well as to Commonwealth participants who attended the NTO Marketing Seminar in Kuala Lumpur in September 2006. Besides, attendees to the CTC organised Destination Africa presentations were also given the handbook. The handbook contained information regarding the setting up of the Centre, its Terms of Reference (TOR), the Centre?s organisational chart, its corporate vision and mission, branding and the programme of activities. The second edition is an updated version which contains forewords by Commonwealth Secretary General, Minister of Tourism Malaysia, Secretary General, Ministry of Tourism, Malaysia and the Director General of CTC.
