Keeping My Hair Safe from Thinning and Looking Dull

Woman happy hair

My number one fear is to see my hair thinning and looking lifeless. I have had my personal share of falling hair and let me tell you, it was most probably the scariest thing I have ever gone through in my entire life.

My hair is my security blanket and losing it would be very devastating for me. I’ve tried almost every thickening shampoo in the market only to be disappointed by every single one of them. My hair was still falling off quite heavily and I can see it visibly thinning day by day. This made me even more stressed out, which made the fallout way worse.

Finding the Solution

I started looking for products that contained all-natural ingredients, as I wanted my hair to get the least bit of chemicals while it was healing. Luckily for me, I was able to stumble upon this one product that I immediately knew was going to be a lifesaver for me. I bought one bottle of Kedma skincare Philippines’ Black Mud Shampoo, as other shampoos in the market weren’t working for me.

The shampoo is specifically formulated to help people who have an irritated and oily scalp, although it can also be a huge help for those who have dry scalp. It contains a very high amount of active Dead Sea minerals as well as black mud to help the scalp regenerate after just a few uses.

I find that this shampoo also helps with relieving dry and itchy scalp for me. It also helps with softening my hair and making it look more alive. The product even promises to help people with seborrheic dermatitis and dandruff! I personally do not have seborrheic dermatitis and dandruff, but some of my family members do, so I tried recommending this shampoo to them. They say that it works wonders and that after just two to three uses, they have already noticed a huge positive difference!

Most importantly, for me, my hair fall eventually stopped after a few weeks of using this product. I was thinking since it has all of these minerals, as well as Vitamins B5, C, and E, it was able to help my scalp heal and rejuvenate once again, revealing this amazing hair that I have now. My hair is back to its original thickness, thank goodness!

Another thing that helped with my hair fall was aloe vera. Get the real plant and not the ones that are in the tub, as those ones are already heavily processed. Buy an aloe vera plant and grow it properly. You can basically find it anywhere here in the Philippines, especially in stores or small shops where they sell plants and herbs. What I do is I get the plant itself, peel it off, take the juice, then rub it all over my scalp. Aloe vera promotes hair growth and makes your hair healthy and alive.

If you are suffering from severe hair fall, then I suggest you go ahead and try these steps first. If nothing else seems to work, then go right away and visit your dermatologist as soon as possible.
