4D/3N Kota Kinabalu Deep Sea Fishing Trip

Day 1    Arrival Kota Kinabalu                                                                            (-)

                Upon arrival Kota Kinabalu Airport, meet and great and transfer to hotel for check in.
               Free at leisure.

Day 2   Kota Kinabalu / Mengalum Island                                                                (B/L/D)

                0830hrs, Pick up from hotel in Kota Kinabalu and transfer to jetty. Then depart to the waters 
               near Mengalum Island situated in the South China Sea which takes roughly two to three hours 
               to reach the  fishing grounds. Upon arrival, anchor will be dropped off near the island and
               fishing activities start. The fishes that can be caught are Groupers, Barracuda, Amber Jack,
               Mackerel, Wahoo, Tuna, Sail Fish,   Marlin Fish and occasionally Pomfret. Sabah has some of the
              world's richest marine life and it won't  disappoint you. Lunch and Dinner will be served onboard.
              Overnight stay on the boat.

              **Note                : Additional of RM 100.00 nett per person for fishing equipment.

Day 3   Mengalum Island / Kota Kinabalu                                                                (B/L)

              Fishing activities continue until depart back to Kota Kinabalu jetty. Breakfast and Lunch will be
              served onboard.  Upon arrival Kota Kinabalu jetty, transfer back to hotel. Free at leisure.

Day 4   Departure                                                                                                       (B)

                Transfer to airport for flight departure.

1.      Sabah Deep Sea Fishing Package validity until March 31, 2009.

2.      All the above hotel room is based on SUPERIOR ROOM or COURT ROOM type.

3.      Minimum 02 (Two) adults per departure.

4.      Reservation for S.I.C (Sit in Coach) tours, at least 24 hours prior to departure.

5.      The above package rates valid for MALAYSIAN CITIZEN only.

6.      Cancellation: should you wish to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, a cancellation charge of 50% of tour fee will be composed.

7.      No refund is available for cancellation after the tour has commenced, ground transportation or other services.

8.      The organizer reserved the right to amend tour rates specified on this leaflet without notice.

9.      We highly recommend all tour members to purchase accident, baggage and general liability insurance to protect their travel plan.

10.   All the above rates are quote in RINGGIT MALAYSIA. And is valid CASH TERM ONLY.

11.   Rates are included entrance fees for Kinabalu Park, Poring Hot Spring and Tunku Abdul Rahmah Park.

12.   The organizer has the sole and absolute discretion to cancel or shorten their duration of any tour in event of force injury, hostilities, accident or other circumstance beyond the control of the organizer, which render unnecessary in the organizer reasonable opinion that such step to be taken. The organizer shall be relieved from all liability for any injury, damage, loss, and accident with any serious injury resulting directly or indirectly from acts if God. Strike and Government regulations, theft, failure of any means, discrepancies or charges of which it has no control.
