Registration open at Shangri-La's Tanjung Aru Resort & Spa, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia on 11th and 12th May 2008 from 9.00am to 5.00pm. Welcome Reception will be held at 5.15pm on 12th May 2008.
The 1st Commonwealth Conference on Sport Tourism with the theme ‘Sport Tourism and Sustainability: Inter-Relationships, Impacts and Issues is being held in the state of Sabah, Malaysia. This conference explores the issues associated with the development, management and legacies of sport tourism. It is aimed to provide a platform for discussion to identify and create new approaches to sport tourism development, investment, sharing and exchanging of best practices in the planning and management of sport tourism.
