Hitting the Snooze Button
Some people set their alarm clock minutes before the time they really need to get up, so they can hit the snooze button and have more time to sleep. Taking Long Naps

Using Your Mobile Devices
Using your mobile device right before sleeping is just as bad as leaving the TV on. Such gadgets emit blue light which can impede the production of the sleep-inducing hormone called melatonin. Try to leave your mobile device away from you when you are about to sleep.
